The wine Valpolicella obtained by this grapes undergoes the Ripasso method. It is blended with the squeezed skins used to make Amarone wine to obtain a second refermentation. It gives an extraordinary structure to the wine.
Ruby red color, with garnet reflections.
On the nose it displays aromas of almond and cinnamon. Dry on the palate with a very pleasant velvety taste. Very rich in flavours of cherry, musck, spices and wood.
Perfect with all international meat dishes, game and long-seasoned cheeses.

Three wines express the characteristic nature of the three key areas in our region: the Soave, Lugana and Valpolicella areas. The fourth wine, a pure Cabernet Sauvignon, contains the Montresor’s French origins in its elegance.
