Morainic hills facing south Lake Garda on calcareous soil.
Soft pressing of the grapes. Fermentation at controlled temperature in stainless steel tanks for about 15 days followed by a long aging on yeasts in oak casks.
Straw yellow colour with golden reflections
Floral and fresh on the nose, it is full-bodied and round on the palate with notes of yellow peach, ripe apple and plum. Pleasant minerality with light mown grass notes.
Serve it with starters, soups, white meats and eggs. It is perfect with lake and sea fish dishes.
