Traditional vinification of red wines with destemming and a long maceration of the skins. The wine ages in wood for about one year and, after bottling, it ages in bottle before being released.
Deep red garnet colour.
Typical nose which reminds violets and musk; full body, smooth, round. Elegant, with a pleasant aftertaste of raspberries. Soft tannin with good structure
Recommended with meat dishes, barbecues, medium and aged cheeses. We recommend uncorking the bottle half hour before serving
