Wine is an immersive experience to be lived at 360 degrees between story, culture and territory. Our journey begins with the history of our cellars, inextricably linked to the city of Verona. Our structure is in fact located a stone’s throw from the historic center.
A journey
between tradition
and culture
In the second room of the Museum we find a focus on the winemaking tradition narrated through agricultural tools, from the early twentieth century to today: ancient barrels, vats, crushers, ploughs, tools of the countryside and much more. To tell this story is a virtual “farmer” of the cellar who spans the decades on a journey enriched by customs and popular culture.
A wine that comes from the earth
The third section offers an engaging look at Valpolicella, in its entirety. Climate, landscape, grapes, winemaking tools and above all the drying process and the history of Amarone. It is proof that wine is born from the land and culture that surrounds it and that each Montresor bottle is one with the landscape from which it draws life.
